Examples of when to engage SRP:

• You receive a letter from an attorney with an unreasonable offer on your plan’s lien.
• You have a large lien and your member’s attorney is not responding to you at all.
• You have a case where your plan member refuses to reimburse the plan.
• You’re not sure if your member is pursuing a case, but you think they should be.
