Subrogation has been Bob's career focus for over 20 years—beginning in 1993, when he co-founded SRP to represent third-party administrators on behalf of self-funded ERISA plans. Prior to 1993, Bob was an employee-relations consultant on matters involving employment law and medical benefits.
Bob graduated cum laude from LaSalle University with a B.S. in Finance and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law in 1991. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and U.S. Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Bob is a regular speaker at conferences and CLEs and has been published in trade magazines.
Russ is head of operations for SRP and has personally resolved over 20,000 separate settlements nationwide. With valuable perspective on how health plans think and operate, Russ uses his experience to work with clients on their subrogation cases to bring them to fast conclusion.
Russ earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Temple University in 1984. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Delaware in 1993. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Before attending law school, Russ held insurance-industry positions with CIGNA, Great Northern Annuity, and The Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland. Russell holds Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and securities licenses.
