SRP Leadership

Robert A. Marcino, Esq.

Subrogation has been Bob's career focus for over 20 years—beginning in 1993, when he co-founded SRP to represent third-party administrators on behalf of self-funded ERISA plans. Prior to 1993, Bob was an employee-relations consultant on matters involving employment law and medical benefits.

Bob graduated cum laude from LaSalle University with a B.S. in Finance and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law in 1991. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and U.S. Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Bob is a regular speaker at conferences and CLEs and has been published in trade magazines.
